"Cosy place for a date night or to celebrate your special occasions. Right off the bat, they nailed the service! We were served by Aheelan (apologies if I got the name wrong) but he was super accommodating, welcoming and warm. Now on to the food; personally, we both felt like everything was a little on the salty side that night. But we really appreciate the authenticity of flavours in each of the dishes. • The complementary bread was so good, not dry & the dips that came with it was refreshing! • For appetisers, we ordered eggplant parmigiana! A flavour bomb, we loved the texture, the layered taste of the cheese, tomato & eggplant went really well together. • For our mains, I’d recommend going for the Truffle Gnocchi (super yums if you’re into truffle) and the Rigatoni Alla Norcina (pasta with lamb, mushrooms & peas), it wasn’t really our favorite dish of the day but worth a try! • For dessert, we tried the Italian Cream Pistachio cake and it was the highlight to end our meals. Loved it sm! All in all, we had a pleasant experience here and would love to come again to try other dishes. :)"

"Had a birthday celebration here. Reservation was smooth and easy via their WhatsApp and they accomadate well to the requests that we made. Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly by the kind lady floor manager who showed us to the table and helped took great photos. Service overall was amazing and attentive. They changed out our plates and cutleries after the appetizer and before the main meal. The staffs were all very friendly and affable. One of the better Italian food in town. Had the aperol, one of the better ones. Smooth and easy to drink. From the complimentary bread that was served warm, the savory pastas and pizza to the bittersweet tiramisu potent with alcohol. Each dish was deliciously hearty and carefully curated. We enjoyed everything and left with memorable desires of the meal we just had. Definitely will recommend this place anyone that fancy a flare of good Italian food"

"Came here to celebrate my bestie’s birthday and while the food was already amazing, the real highlight of the night was the service. From the moment I stepped into Stefania, Wali noticed I was waiting for my friend and kindly offered bread so I wouldn’t have to sit there hungry. He took the time to recommend dishes based on what I like, and when I found out the pistachio tart was out of stock, he actually went the extra mile to check with the chef to see if it was already set and still available for order. Midway through dinner, I started coughing badly and before I even asked, he brought me hot water with lemon. When he saw me trying to squeeze every bit of flavor from the lemon slices, he came back and offered lemon juice too. Honestly… you can’t get more attentive than that. The food was fantastic, but the service was truly top notch and commendable. Thank you, Wali, for making the night extra special"

"The best Italian restaurant in KL! Loved everything from the food, service and the ambience. The taste of the food here is authentic and well seasoned. Loved the creaminess of the burrata salad and how well it paired with the tomato. Caesar salad was really good as well. Scallops were sweet in a good way. Risotto had a good bite but the cod fish was a little fishy. Duck ragu was really good- al dente and well seasoned. Desserts were not too sweet and ended the meal with a bang."

"Had a wonderful dinner at Stefania Restaurant in Naza Tower. I totally love the burrata, frutti di mare risotto, and bone marrow … absolutely marvellous – beautifully prepared and full of ooomph. My only small comment: I wished there were more than two slices of toast to go with the bone marrow. Service was courteous, attentive, fast, and seamless, and Osman was especially wonderful - warm, helpful, and genuinely hospitable. Overall, a delightful dining experience - will definitely return!"

"We ordered both pasta and pizza, and everything was absolutely delicious. The pasta was fresh, perfectly cooked, and full of rich flavor. The pizza had a crisp, thin crust with high-quality ingredients that really stood out. You can tell they focus on authenticity and presentation. Service was attentive, professional, and made the whole experience feel special without being overwhelming. If you’re looking for a high-end Italian dining experience with excellent food and ambiance, this place is definitely worth visiting. Highly recommended!"

"Food is exceptional, and the service is even better. Chef Diego Reali is incredibly friendly; he personally recommended dishes based on our tastes, which made the evening feel special. We started with the Foie Gras, followed by the Gnocchi and the Squid Ink Capellini. Everything was delicious, but the Squid Ink Capellini was the absolute standout. We had a hard time choosing between the Chocolate Lava Cake and the Crostata di Pistachio for dessert. We went with the Lava Cake, but Chef kindly offered us a complimentary slice of the Crostata to try. Both were divine! Highly recommend Stefania for anyone looking for authentic flavors and warm hospitality in KL."

"We had an absolutely wonderful birthday celebration at Stefania! Booking online was incredibly easy, and the entire experience was fantastic from start to finish. A huge thank you to Ahilan, who went above and beyond to make the evening special. He was so accommodating, helped us take some great pictures to remember the celebration, and provided excellent service. We also took his recommendation on food, and he did not steer us wrong—the Rigatoni ala Norcina was absolutely incredible! If you go, you must try it. Highly recommend this spot for special occasions!"
